100ml aluminum foil spout doypack

- Spout: PP material, 8.6mm for inner diameter, nature color

Retort condictions
121 Celsius degree, for 30 minutes in sterization equipment as above picture.
Leak or Break Situation
For all these aluminum foil spout doypacks, there is not any one break or leak after the retort test, check the video.
Appearance after retort
For these two doypacks, as you can learn from above description, they are of the same nominal foil structure: PET12/AL7/Ny15/RCPP70, however, the performance of the materials really differentiate. You can just tell the quality by the appearance after retort.
For this 150ml houglass doypack, there are many serious wrinkls after the tetort, even anyone does not leak or break, that means the materials start to deform in a level of human eye-sight.
However, when you take a look at the 100ml doypack, the surface is still neat and smoothe, that is able to present great effect for your final products.
So, that also give us a further reminder, even the suppliers qutoe on the same pouch with the same norminal materials, in some cases, the items may be quite different.
Airtight property of the spout/closure and doypacks
Test on the airtight property for the doypacks are performed with -69 Mpa pressure inside the tank, so if there is any leak of the doypack or the closure with the spout, there will be tiny air bubbles formed under the water.
