Color is versatile, and creativity is always beyond current borders. Our job is to put the creative artwork design into physical printing on the final packages in an attractive profile. We always have the passion to face this challenging work, and we have to do all the details seriously.
Drop test is the most common used in our daily test to check the bag strength of a filled package, as it is the mostly like the way when a bag of coffee falls off the shelf. Usually, we perform the drop test at height 1.6 meter or even higher, at customer request. This will surely prove the bag to serve well if no break happens after several drops.
The is inflated with air inside and well sealed, and then repeated hard sudden strikes are applied on it. Sharp high pressure is caused inside, and pushed to the weakest point of the bag. If the bag remains well after serveral strikes, of course, it will be a fine protections for the customer products.
In our plant we get this test equipment, which is able to provide a certain pressure at a certain speed, for a certain period to the inflated bag. This would be an effective supplementary method to our QC work as it is able to provide exact datas which exceeds the high peak of the bag strength.
When a person stands on the inflated bag, it is possible to squeeze the inside air from different angles, that is able to perform a sufficient test against all the sides of the coffee bag, and proves to be an reinforced method to check the bag strength.
As environmental concerns grow, more and more companies are looking for eco-friendly and sustainable alternatives to traditional plastics. Protecting the environment requires far-reaching projects, that’s why Tongli is always looking for new ways to improve. Lucky for us, we now live in a world where it becomes easier to source sustainable materials, and now we are moving steadily to a more sustainable future.
Our sensitivity to environmental issues has led to important changes to our production facility to drastically reduce the impact of our activities.
These measures include the installation of photovoltaic systems to produce electricity, a heat pump to reduce emissions and provide heating exploiting renewable sources, and LED lighting throughout the company.
However, small everyday practices, such as recycling the materials used at our offices, are also important.
Protecting the environment requires far-reaching projects, that’s why Brasilmoka is always looking for new ways to improve.
We have a plan in the pipeline that will help us further reduce emissions by shifting to a fleet of electric vans. Moreover, our dedication to innovation in packaging aims at reducing our environmental impact and promoting the use of state-of-the-art materials.
