A large spout may be choosen for the screw cap pouch package for some products when the manufacturer want to improve the filling efficiency, and at the same time, shorten the time needed for pouring the products out.
Recent days, a customer is reaching us for a 3Liter standing bag for liquid fertilizer, and he would prefer the largest spout of the available items. and at present, the largest spout we offer is 33mm (inner diameter) spout, with graphic as below.
Commonly, most of our 3Liter standing bag is with 16mm spout. When a larger spout is choosen, we have to evaluate whether we need to improve the height of the package,. As when the larger spout is placed on the top corner of the standing bag, it may lower the overfill line of the package, when the 3Liter filled line exceeds the overfill line, the products will overflow out.
